If you are unsure of your credit history or if you just want to find a GREAT deal we can help with your situation.  We can run your credit report and review with you those properties which work best for you.   You may fill out the SURVEY FORM online and submit your information immediately. The best and most efficient way to get immediate service and information is to complete the form and then be prepared to stop into the office for the listings that fit all of your specific needs (see location page).

Due to the changing needs in today's market, prices have gone down. Landlords are only raising prices for you to renew your lease, and specials are abundant. There are a lot of available apartments, and there are many specials being offered.  Some of our properties offer up to two months for free. 

Availability changes by the minute, so please be prepared to leave a deposit when I refer you to the perfect property.  Move-in costs vary, however, on average you will be required to pay approximately $500 for TOTAL move-in costs if you have credit issues.  Remember, you do not have to have great credit to qualify for specials.

If you live out of state and we send you information via email, please remember to notify the property upfront during your initial conversation, that you have been pre-approved and referred by Apartment Options.  You will be pre-registered with the property also.
